Schmitty The Weather Dog endured the humiliation of wearing a silly paw-ty hat in anticipation of Meteorologist Ron Trotta’s birthday on Sept. 1st. Last night amidst silly leis and b-day decorations on the pawsome sailing yacht, the Taza Mas here in Newport, RI, we pawcast the weather with the help of Captain Jimmy.
